(b) Connected platform credentials when you link your WhatsApp Business or Instagram accounts to Agentix. (c) Conversation content, including messages sent and received through connected channels, and contact details of your end-customers. (d) Usage data, including automation logs, feature usage, and performance metrics. (e) Device and browser information collected automatically when you visit our website or use the app. (f) Information submitted through our website contact form, including name, phone number, and email address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide and operate the Agentix platform, including messaging, automation, and AI-powered response features; manage your account and connected integrations; improve, personalize, and develop new features; analyze usage patterns and platform performance; communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests; comply with legal obligations. We will not use your information for marketing purposes without your consent.

3. Third-Party Services

Agentix integrates with third-party services to deliver its features. These include: Meta (WhatsApp Business API and Instagram Graph API) for messaging; AI providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) for generating automated responses; CRM and automation tools (such as Airtable, n8n, and Zapier) when configured by you; cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; analytics platforms. We share data with these services only as necessary to operate the platform. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties for their own purposes.

4. Conversation Data and End-Customer Privacy

When you use Agentix to manage conversations with your customers, you act as the data controller for your end-customers' data. Agentix processes this conversation content on your behalf as a data processor. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from your own customers and for complying with applicable privacy laws regarding their data. Agentix does not use your end-customers' data for its own purposes beyond providing the service to you.

5. AI-Powered Features

Agentix offers AI-powered features that process conversation content to generate automated responses. When you enable these features, relevant conversation data may be sent to AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) via their APIs. Per the terms of these API services, data sent through the API is not used to train their models. You can disable AI-powered features at any time from your account settings.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement access controls, regular security reviews, and industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Conversation data is retained according to your configured retention settings within the app. When you close your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience and analyze traffic. The Agentix app uses session tokens for authentication. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings at any time.

9. Your Rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, export your data, and close your account. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@agentixx.io.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed outside of Israel through the third-party services we use, including Meta, AI providers, and cloud hosting providers. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable laws.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on our website and communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the website or app after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
