We built Agentix because we saw what happens to businesses that haven't adopted technology yet

Not a lack of hard work. Not a lack of product quality. A lack of someone with technical knowledge who knows today's capabilities, who'll look at the business from the outside, say what's broken and fix it.

What started as one question

We examined dozens of businesses in Israel. Clinic owners, agencies, stores, offices. All of them work hard. Some are excellent in their field.

And in all of them we saw the same things.

Leads falling because there's nobody to answer fast enough. Hours burned on tasks that repeat every day. Data scattered between WhatsApp, Excel and someone's head. Happy clients disappearing because nobody maintained contact.

The conclusion that surprised us most is how many business owners don't know the technological capabilities that exist today. With these capabilities, you can solve so many problems we didn't know had solutions.

Not because the business owner didn't know it was a problem. Because there was no time, no tech knowledge, and nobody to sit down and understand the specific needs and build the right solution.

Big companies already solved this — they keep hiring more developers. They have IT teams, operations managers, technology consultants. Small and mid-size businesses don't. Agentix is that team.

We don't arrive with a pre-set solution

Every business that comes to us gets a fresh look. Not a ready product. Not a template we duplicate. A conversation where we listen, ask, and try to understand what's really happening in the business.

Sometimes the problem is what it seems. Sometimes what seems like the solution isn't the right solution for this specific business.

That's why we start from diagnosis, not from building. And only after we understand, we build.

Jonas comes from the digital marketing world. Worked with dozens of Israeli businesses, saw what works and what doesn't, and understood that most businesses' problems aren't solved with another ad or more content. Many businesses he worked with always want more leads, but what? They don't improve the quality of operations with leads, and don't improve the conversion rate on leads. The problem is solved when someone sits with the business, understands how it works inside, and builds the systems that were missing.

Ethan builds. Everything that's found in the diagnosis and recommended in the proposal, Ethan turns into working systems. He comes with deep technical background in building automation systems, system development and AI agents. Knows what's possible, what's worth it, and what sounds good in a PDF but won't hold up in the field.
